1、Two-Phase Separator
After gas-liquid mixtures enter the separator, gas flows through dedicated channels where gravity settling removes entrained liquid droplets, while liquid flows into the liquid compartment to release trapped gas bubbles and solid contaminants. Gas passes through a mist eliminator to capture fine droplets before exiting the gas outlet, and separated liquid discharges via the liquid outlet.
2、Three-Phase Separator
Inlet distributors deliver initial bulk separation as gas-liquid mixtures enter the unit. Gas travels into separation chambers; frequent flow direction changes coalesce fine droplets, which settle downward under gravity. Bulk liquids settle by density difference: oil rises upward while water sinks to achieve oil-water separation. Finally, gas exits through the gas outlet; oil flows over overflow baffles into an oil sump and discharges from the oil outlet, and separated water exits via the water outlet.
