The controlled inverter energy saving system of oil well group can change the decentralized control to the centralized control. The system transfers the low-voltage alternating current after the step-down of a single transformer to the direct current to each single well, and then the “reverse power generation” of each well pumping unit is transmitted to the power grid through DC bus. It has effectively improve the efficiency of power use while reducing the redundant waste of transformer. In addition, with the use of wireless remote transmission technology such as ZIGBEE, energy consumption data and production data for each single well can be transmitted to the monitoring terminal in real time; hence, the monitoring and automatic control of the oil wells can be achieved.
Controlled inverter energy saving system of oil well group (hereinafter referred to as system) allows multiple wells within a radius of 3 km in the same mining area share a transformer and a set of DC power sources, and single well transmission mode is converted from three-phase AC to two-phase DC power supply. Each single well is equipped with a variable frequency mutual feed control cabinet and connected to the DC bus to complete the motor drive. The variable frequency inverter cabinet can balance the reverse power generation energy with the energy consumption of electricity of each pump on the same DC bus, which can increase the mutual feed sharing and recycling of DC bus energy, and avoid power waste and reduce overall energy consumption. After being processed by the digital control system composed of data processing module, touch screen and network module, all production data of oil well is transmitted to Production Command Office in real time. The field data processing module customized by the system adds intelligent judgment function, which can self identify and correct mis-operation.
